Return Policy

  1. Initiate Your Return: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at info@elitewatchmods.com . Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.                                           

  2. Condition: Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. However, we offer free return shipping labels for eligible returns. These labels will be provided to you upon request.

  4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 1 day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Conditions for Returns:

 

 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We are happy to repair or exchange any faulty items too!

 

 

Cancellation during the build:

Please note, if you decide to cancel your order whilst it is in the process of being built, there will be a £45 fee due to the labour and parts used during the process. If you would like to cancel an order please notify us within 24 hours after the purchase time, so that we can cancel it without a fee.
