The watches sold by ELITEWATCHMODS are customized timepieces that incorporate aftermarket parts and modifications performed by ELITEWATCHMODS. These watches are not original Seiko watches, nor are they endorsed, affiliated, or authorized by the Seiko Watch Corporation.

Use of Aftermarket Parts

ELITEWATCHMODS modifies existing watches using aftermarket dials, hands, bezels, crystals, straps, and other components. These parts are not manufactured, licensed, or sold by Seiko. Any Seiko-branded parts, such as cases or movements, may have been repurposed from original Seiko watches but have been altered by ELITEWATCHMODS. As a result, the watches sold by ELITEWATCHMODS are considered custom products, and any warranties or guarantees provided by Seiko do not apply to these watches.

NH35 Movement Information

While ELITEWATCHMODS may use the NH35 automatic movement in some of our customized watches, the NH movements is a widely available movement designed by Seiko Instruments Inc. and is often used in both Seiko and non-Seiko watches. ELITEWATCHMODS sources NH movements separately, and they commonly originate from Seiko-branded products. The inclusion of the NH movements does not imply any association with or endorsement by Seiko Watch Corporation.

No Seiko Warranty

Any watches purchased from ELITEWATCHMODS come with a warranty provided by ELITEWATCHMODS, not by Seiko. All original Seiko warranties, guarantees, or service agreements are void due to the modifications made by ELITEWATCHMODS.

No Trademark or Brand Infringement Intended

Seiko is a registered trademark of the Seiko Watch Corporation. ELITEWATCHMODS respects all intellectual property rights and makes no claims of ownership over the Seiko brand or any of its associated trademarks. The use of the Seiko name is for descriptive purposes only, to indicate that the NH35 movement originates from Seiko Instruments Inc., and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership between ELITEWATCHMODS and Seiko Watch Corporation.

Custom Modded Watches

Each modded watch sold by ELITEWATCHMODS is a custom product created using a combination of new and/or recycled parts. These watches are not factory-produced Seiko watches and should not be represented, sold, or marketed as such. By purchasing a watch from ELITEWATCHMODS, you acknowledge that you are buying a custom product that differs from any official Seiko timepiece.
